FAQ's

When and where are the sessions?

We have sessions available at 6am, 7am, 8am, 930am, 1030am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm and 745pm weekdays plus Saturday mornings at 7am, 8am, 9am and 10am. you can come to whichever sessions suit you best each week.

How much is the challenge?

The trial is just £159, this includes - a dedicated personal coach, body transformation program, three coaching sessions a week, nutrition support, supportive community, weekly check ins and guaranteed results.

When does it start?

Once you've completed the payment and attended the intro session, you can start right away. 

Do i have to be fit already?

Nope, everything is tailored to your current level of fitness and strength. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the trial. 

What happens after the challenge?

It's completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged member by choosing a membership option that suits you best or if BSF is not for you, we can part ways with no hard feelings. 

What if i don't get results?

If you follow our advice and stick to our program, we absolutely guarantee your get impressive results but for whatever reason you don't, we will refund you the full invested back no questions asked.
